Dynamic Meetings software is an extension of the on-site Gemba CONNECT database made available in an easy to use, “access from anywhere” web application. Additional functionality not currently seen in the on-site Connect software, allows the user to see multiple sites in the one application and compare results. The components of OEE can be quickly drilled-down across many machines or assets to give a clear picture of local and global operations.
The ability to Dynamically link the data to ACTION TRACKING software that replaces the traditional Whiteboard action board is also possible. Assigning tasks for action against current performance and the progress monitoring for those actions helps you to drive improvement today.
